"Hotel is close to everything. Easy to navigate to “touristic” parts of city. Also close to the airport. Pool is okay just needs a bit more care (leaves in pool from surrounding trees). Towels not always there. Just 1 seating area with an umbrella if you don’t take it you’ll be stuck under sun at all times. No music. No lifeguard. Staff was great, except for person who checked us in. Check in is at 3pm, but told us to wait almost an hour claiming room is not ready in a “take it or leave it” attitude, no sense of empathy. When asked how long do we have to wait her response was “I don’t know maybe minutes maybe hours”. Didn’t greet us properly, saw guests being greeted with smiles and cookies the next day from other staff. Didn’t tell us anything about the hotel services (breakfast being included, shuttle to airport, gave us one keycard for room and didn’t tell us how to get to the room, etc). Maybe she was having a bad day? Other than that experience everything else was fine."
