"The linen was stained. Bathroom for did not work properly. A chair and the soft bed had a distinct odor. The chair was stained as well. While checking in the front deck person. Stop checking me in to help someone else that was there after me. I thought well thats rude. There were no instructions on how to check out. Not posted in room or even told when checking in."

"From the moment we arrived they were very welcoming. Property very clean and great food. We had our 13 year old son and he had a blast from swimming, meeting new friends, playing basketball and enjoying the access to the beach. It was simply amazing."

"When making the reservation I specifically requested a room with no perfume or fragrances. We had to check 3 different rooms before I could find one that had minimum amounts of fragrances. I then had to wipe down everything to get rid of the rest of the fragrances. The air conditioning trickled out air. Two of the rooms didn't even have working air-conditioning. Older Hotel but quaint. "As far as a basic room goes, it was small, super clean and comfortable. However, I could hear the neighbor walking upstairs, and it woke me up super early. The bathtub also could have used a renovation. Even though it was clean, the enamel had worn off and it gave a look that didn’t make it inviting to get in. There also a lot of smokers outside the lobby so even though the rooms are nonsmoking, you still get the smell of the second hand smoke when you’re waiting to be picked up outside. Fine...

"I had a broken shower handle in my room. I accidentally grab onto it thinking it was secured but it was not and I slipped and fell. Notified the staff and they said they was to send someone to fix it but nothing ever happened or follow up"
