I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The staff were truly nice and everyone I interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. They went out of their way to answer questions and make sure we had what we needed. The amenities were also a nice touch and added to the overall appeal of the property.
That said, there were a few issues that made my stay less comfortable than I’d hoped. While the room was semi-clean, it could definitely use more attention to detail. The rooms don’t seem to be well insulated, and unfortunately, I was placed below the gym, which made it very difficult to sleep due to noise. Housekeeping was also quite loud in the hallways early in the morning.
Additionally, the pool in the tower area appeared dirty and didn’t seem to be properly cleaned during my visit, which was disappointing.
Overall, the staff and amenities were strong positives, but improvements in cleanliness, noise control, and pool maintenance would make a big difference in the guest experience.
