"This is a huge and very busy hotel and is quite overwhelming especially when you're tired after a long travel day. However, they have lots of staff who immediately help you check in and explain everything to you as well as the express checkout. The room was very clean and comfortable, of a good size with lots of nice amenities. I stayed here the night before an early flight. I had sent my luggage on ahead which I was nervous about but everything was well organised and in good order. The whole experience was great, I would definitely stay here again."

"This hotel is about a 10 minute walk from Shibuya Crossing and station making it very central to any travel area within Tokyo. The hotel was clean, room was large enough for having 2 open suitcases and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. My favorite things were that the room had a washer/dryer unit to use for free as well as ReFa hair products for the bathroom. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back!"

"Lovely place to stay in Hakone. Clean room and sweet attentive staff. We loved the onsen! The breakfast and dinner gave you many choices and the food was very well prepared and tasty!"

"Convenient location for Shinjuku Station & Airport Express buses (which stop at hotel). Excellent breakfast (but scrambled eggs are like soup). Room (upper-level lady twin - for 2) was tiny and I kept tripping over the threshold and then down again into the tiny prefab bathroom. Deep tub to step into for shower. So much to trip over! One small hard pillow per bed. Dated interior and amenities, though clean, with small window that can’t open. Safe (except for tripping hazards) and convenient but would choose a better hotel (newer, larger room) next time and just get a taxi to the station or AirPort Express stop. Served us well this time but room was claustrophobic and basic, considering the price."
