Excellent hotel and staff. Very polite and friendly! This following is a non-issue, but the bathroom sink water pressure was extremely low and new faucet was broken and replaced within minutes of reporting it. Great job and thank you Andy!!

The room was clean and staff were polite and nice. Hallways always seemed messy tho. And 24 hour coffee often did not have 1/2 and 1/2 but I found a workaround.

The hotel was clean and modern. The breakfast was really good with omelets made to order and fresh coffee. The omelets were perfect and fresh and the staff that made them was friendly and kept the area clean and well organized. Our room was cozy, we did have an issue with a few of the plug ins next to the bed and our phone didnt work. The walls are pretty thing and our neighbors were incredibly loud but that wasnt the fault of the hotel. All in all our stay was great and we were happy!

It was great! We usually opt for Holiday Inn Express for travel because they’re always clean and priced well. Staff here was super nice and the free breakfast was good, too. The only “issue” we had was that the toilet seat was a little loose and the shower didn’t fully switch over from the faucet to the shower head but nothing detrimental to our stay. The room was clean, quiet, and secure. â˜ș

Clean room, easy parking, convenient hotel location. The pool was freezing so we only got to use it a couple of time but other than that it was great.

Room was clean and comfortable. Came in town for a concert. Breakfast was not the best. The person working the breakfast was talking on her phone the whole time. The apple juice was empty and the cheese omelets. I told her she didn’t refill the eggs but did refill the apple juice. Pancake machine was broken
