"Many restaurants and shops were not open. The holmstead steak house was not very friendly and one of us couldn’t even cut/eat our steak it was very tough. They did end up removing the charge from the bill but it made for an unpleasant experience. Another’s meat was not cooked as ordered d and had to be sent back. Also, the large outdoor pool was closed as well. We paid certain amenities but it was disappointing."
