"Parking and check in were easy. We had to request a hair dryer and when that finally arrived we had noticed there was no tv remote control. So had to ask for that as well. The curtains were broken and hanging off the track in several places. The pipes made a squealing noise when the shower was turned on. Also the duvet was stained with red/brown spots (I believe it was laundered), I would expect housekeeping to notice this and discard the bedding with stains. The staff were very friendly and only charged me for two continental breakfasts as my 2 children didn’t eat much. That was very kind. "

"Nice clean room with fresh towels and toiletries provided. Tea/coffee milk provided in rooms. Friendly staff that talked to all guests. Lovely breakfast and good service with a smile. Plenty of parking when we stayed. Would definitely recommend and use again."

"Lovely little B&B just a short walk to Leamington town centre. Room clean and comfortable. Facilites suitable for what I needed. Very friendly owner. Didn't make it for breakfast but sure that would be the same. Would highly recommend. Will visit again. Thank you 👍"

"Didn’t get any breakfast, never saw a menu. The staff were very friendly, but there was only two of them when I arrived full-blown Party even though I was on the top floor, I could still hear this bloody woman on the Mic. Room was very small and bathroom was very mouldy. The whole place was run down."

"It is a great hotel with good food choice in the Restaurant for both dinner and Breakfast. The staff are welcoming and helpful. The rooms are comfortable clean and have all you need. The Hotel also sits in some wonderful gardens and has Pool and Gym. I have stayed here many times and would always use the hotel when staying in the area. "

The room was comfortable, spotless, and wonderfully quiet—perfect for a relaxing night’s sleep. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into creating a peaceful and enjoyable environment for guests.
