"Excellent séjour ! Bel hotel. Accueil sympathique. Grande chambre triple, propre et bien équipée. Avec balcon. Excellent petit déjeuner coréen et continental, il y en a pour tous les gouts ! Rooftop et jardin sympa. La piscine n'était pas encore en état de fonctionnement (avril). Il y a un grand parking. La ville la plus proche est à 5/10min en voiture avec plage, magasins et restaurants"

"Location is right next to Nanta theatre. Besides Jeju Starlight World Park & Planetarium, there is nothing much nearby. No bellboy service too. Rooms were cleaned daily. However, room didnt come with amenities like toothbrush, toothbrush or comb. Do bring your own."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Grand Josun. From the moment we pulled up our car, someone greeted us and help us bring in our luggage. For the money that we paid, we expected the room to be newer/nicer. Room needed a refresh - wall had tape on it to seal up possible marks or cracks, paint was peeling off and areas were yellow. "Check in is fast. Reception staff is friendly. Breakfast limited options. Korean fried chicken is just in the hotel. Staffs are great. Cleaners are friendly, courteous and professional. Free parking is good. The security guard for parking lot needs to catch up with politeness. Parking lot very tight. Location is great and easy access to seafood."

"We have used the self service laundry at night but while we were waiting for our clothing drying in the dryer, the lights in the laundry room were switched off even though there were still hotel guests doing laundry in the laundry room. We have to use the touch light in our phone to finish our laundry in the dark It is really inconsiderate."

"Hands down the best hotel we have ever stayed at. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The property is gorgeous with amazing views. Breakfast is included and tastes amazing. If you are staying in jeju you have to stay at this resort. I will be coming back."
