"This hotel is not in Myeongdong which I liked. It is about 1km walk away from busy shopping area but very close to public transport and has many eating options nearby. The hotel suite was clean and spacious for central Seoul with washing machine and dryer. It has kitchen facilities but only had two plates and two forks. Overall excellent place to stay, and I would happily come back here"

"Overall the hotel staffs are very friendly, speaks fluent English and always with a smile. My room excess cards doesn't work so i went down to the reception again. One of the male staff who is standing nearby the check-in counter was very helpful and kind. He assisted me by walking me up to lift and room to double check excess cards. He was very considerable to advise me to stay in the room and he will walk (quite far and its a long walk) back to reception and send me new cards later. The...

"Clean room, friendly staff, close to restaurants and can get uber easily but the bus and subway stations are closeby. The free breakfast was amazing and the views were great. Just hoping the room would have been bigger but we did have 3 large luggages with us"

"Overall good stay here. The breakfast was good with wide spread selection, they do have a dress code and cannot wear the novotel slide-on in. The room was overall good, for the room - the luggage shelves might be too low for older folks it might not be that great and sometimes things might go under the shelf. That's probably how I lost my shoes in the room. The gym was good for a workout. Indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi was also nice to have since it's high up the view is quite nice. But in...

"Great location and easy access to the CoEx mall. Convenient store in the basement level was excellent to purchase drinks and snacks. Wish we discovered the annex to all the dining options on our first day. But we had to chance to explore and see what CoEx had to offer. Thank you to the staff for calling the taxi for us.
