" TV did not work. Spoke with front desk. Man promised to come to room and fix. Never showed up. Room was not ready at 1500, front desk blamed staff shortage. Cigaret burns in all the table tops including dresser. Table legs were uneven, rocked when touched. Parking lots had potholes and worn out top. Common areas were dirty. I selected this site because I had been in other nice Motel 6 units on last trip. Also expected to be gone most of afternoon and evening but appointment was canceled...

"Fifty-dollar cash deposit was demanded at check-in. Empty (as in dry) Pool. No fridge in room. No coffee maker or ironing board in room. Soap, but no shampoo. Parking area strewn with litter. Basic cable only. Just two towels in bathroom. No 'do not disturb' door hanger. Guests hollering in the halls at night. General third-world vibe. Surprisingly, the wi-fi worked fine.
