"Breakfast was good. room nice. We did have 4 intoxicated individuals outside our window at 3:15am- 3:45 am. Woke us up during that time. Also had a child in the room next to us that screamed until after 8:30. So noise was an issue but no fault of the motel "

"We've stayed here several times and it's always clean and they have awesome rates. The Beds are more comfortable than some places I've stayed at and paid 3 times what I did at Royal. The Owner is absolutely outstanding he makes sure that everything is acceptable and helpful with knowledge of the area. Trust me if you are Driving past it because it's not a Big Motel chain, you are making a mistake! Sure the furniture is dated but very clean and in good shape. Huge parking lot if you are pulling a trailer or boat. Give them a Try the next time you are in Perry."

"Parking was very easy and available. The staff was average and there were some computer problems. Breakfast was available for a charge, coffee was Starbucks for 5.00 a cup. Rooms were clean but in need of updating"
