Room was dirty, bed sheets had cigarette burns in it, pillow cases/towels were not washed, WiFi did not work, door did not lock, bathroom was filthy, and the smell of the room reeked of built up stench from yesterday’s past. Even the TV was stinky, how does that even happen. If you are staying in Tallahassee, I suggest anywhere else but here if you care about your wellbeing. You’d be better off sleeping in your car.

I honestly thought rooms like this only existed in horror movies. Unfortunately, this was our actual experience.There were 37 dead bugs in the room, visible blood or another red substance on the walls, areas where the walls were missing paint, black and visibly unclean toilets and showers, and a strong smell of humidity and what appeared to be mold. The overall condition of the room was deeply concerning. We could not stay there. We had to leave and find another hotel because we did not feel comfortable or safe sleeping in those conditions. What was especially concerning was seeing other guests arrive to check in and then leave shortly afterward. I witnessed this happen more than once. It raises serious questions about the condition of the property and how these rooms are being allowed to operate in this state. I understand that hotels do not have to be luxurious or beautiful. That is not what guests are paying for. Basic cleanliness, sanitation, and a safe environment should never be considered a luxury. Guests should be able to expect a room that is free of insects, excessive moisture, mold concerns, and unsanitary bathroom conditions.At this point, I believe these conditions warrant the attention of the appropriate state authorities and the Department of Health. I genuinely do not understand how a room in this condition could pass a health or safety inspection.And when a payment is non-refundable, guests deserve transparency about what they are paying for.

Well the upside we didn’t die. We ended up leaving early after how terrible the room and everything was. The room was dirty. The bathroom was awful! The door had a huge gap between the door and the floor. Bathroom door wouldn’t shut. Walls and floors were dirty. We didn’t feel safe at all.

This hotel is in severe need of renovations. Room was half-painted, air conditioner filters were black and my allergies went crazy. Holes in the walls. This is the most horrible hotel I've ever stayed in. Please ask to see the room before you pay. Thank me later. All said..$50 thru Expedia and I got what I paid for I guess

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. I walked UP THE STAIRS to my room, and when I entered, I was REPULSED. The ceiling was CAVING IN, the shower was COVERED IN MOLD, the drapes were hanging OFF THE WALL. The minute I entered the room I WANTED TO LEAVE, and began LOOKING FOR ANOTHER HOTEL, and promptly checked out. I should’ve known when the “rules” included NO PUKE OR BODILY FLUIDS to be left in the room -JTL

I have never stayed anyplace with such conditions. Elevator down, pool down, ice machine down. Upon arrival had to make several call to check in. I did ask for a lower floor since the elevator was down, was told there was none. Got to room there was a dirty towel in the tub, room smelled weird, boxspring of bed was disgusting. Had to go back to front desk, wait again for service. Asked for a room change after the clerk tried to explain why the dirty towel was there as if I would stay there. NO. So now there is a room available. Claimed to have been a newly remodeled room. No toiletries, room smelled much better, toilet tissue had no spring roll so tissue has to rest on toilet top. Glad just one night. With all that's wrong still have the nerve to charge a security deposit.

Para nada todo muy mal el hotel está en reparaciones por dentro muy sucio todo dañando el TV no funcionó, la nevera tampoco no habia toallas todas las paredes sucias y partes de óxido el techo estaba callando y todo olía a humedad…// quiero mi dinero de vuelta muy mala suerte experiencia no lo pongan en su pág que esta disponible y el precio de una noche muy caro por $12 dólares más rente que en junio dos minutos de este hotel así que Así que quiero mi dinero de vuelta

filthy! No Tv or Microwave was in my room! they couldnt find one ! my stay was 3 days no room service for clean linen or room sweep & mop. the owner complained that my 1 year old stained a sheet from the bed that could be washed and looked to be brand new so skew refused to give me my deposit even after not compensating me after my horrible stay. 0/10! DONT RECOMMENDED! THEY HAVE ROOM BREAK INS FROM OUTSIDE ADDICTS AND DRUG BUSTS FROM POLICE OFFICERS ! KIDS ARE NOT SAFE WHAT SO EVER!

Place looked extremely abandoned. There wasn’t even housekeeping. I saw through one of the rooms and it had two holes in the wall. The room I booked the light in the bathroom was twitching and wouldn’t work. The sheets were smelly. The tv wasn’t even mounted to the wall and didn’t work. The place looked extremely dirty and uncared for. The pool is completely green and gross looking. Overall worst hotel I’ve ever been too. I would over return here again. They should take it down with a wrecking ball.
