The stay was great. The hotel is my favorite in Jeddah. Special thanks to Adnan, Rayan, Da Silva from SPA team for their special care as well as all reception team. They were all well informed about my last experience and ensured my stay would be great and comfortable. Surely not the last visit to Assilah. Thanks all.

i stayed one night only, and i wish i have planned for a longer trip. Although the price of the night with breakfast was a bit high, yet the money worth it.

Great hotel in a good location
The hotel was excellent. The room was comfortable. The view from the room was not good since the windows are covered with a film from the outside. The spa was great. You should try it.

Hotel doesn't meet its asked price (not recommend)
Hotel is in good shape, rooms has great amenities. Rooms were clean. You can easly be waking up by hallway noise as room isolation is verybad and room service is verybad as well. No in-room iron machine and good luck requesting one from room service. Valley parking is not available due to covid-19. No service at swiming pool in 20th floor.

Very nice
Great hotel with beautiful rooms. The bathroom does not bave a “Shattaf” but you can order one and they will install it for you. The hotel is a bit expensive though.

New hotel. Nice room and bathroom. Nice location. Room fragranced which can be an issue for allergic people like myself. They offered a complimentary upgrade from the deluxe room to their residence apartment, which we chose to decline because it was too big for just two people.

Things were going well until they have decided to charge me for breakfast. I was under the impression that breakfast was included as I was informed about it at check-in. After having the breakfast they presented me with a large sum bill which I refused to accept. However, they ended up adding it to my room charge at the end. After complaining to frontdesk, they did not solve the problem, they kept the charge and told me that since I had breakfast I must pay for it. One of my basic rights as a client is to be informed the price of any service before providing the service. They have not told me the price or anything, it was like a trap. They were very proud of catching me. Another issue with the hotel is that the lobby is not in the ground floor, so if you are using Uber or Careem, good luck explaining to the driver how to find the entrance.

Great hotel They upgraded my room Very clean , very modern Perfect location But there were small details that would’ve made a lot of difference Like having an iPhone stand with speakers in the room Or having a hair drayer in the bathroom But other than that the stay was perfect and i would definitely repeat it

Nice hotel and great location
This my first stay in this hotel which was recommended by a friend of mine. The staff is very very polite. I just felt that I was well welcomed from the staff smiling and greeting me whenever I see one. The hotel is new and the rooms are great and spacious. Well designed and furnitued. Definitely will comeback again.
