Things were going well until they have decided to charge me for breakfast. I was under the impression that breakfast was included as I was informed about it at check-in. After having the breakfast they presented me with a large sum bill which I refused to accept. However, they ended up adding it to my room charge at the end. After complaining to frontdesk, they did not solve the problem, they kept the charge and told me that since I had breakfast I must pay for it. One of my basic rights as a client is to be informed the price of any service before providing the service. They have not told me the price or anything, it was like a trap. They were very proud of catching me.
Another issue with the hotel is that the lobby is not in the ground floor, so if you are using Uber or Careem, good luck explaining to the driver how to find the entrance.
