"Property Owner never responded to our emaill or calls from at least 3 Expedia employees:agents so we could receive the code to enter the property. We arrived in the city 9:30 pm with 5 children and had to be given new accommodations that did not work out. The hotel rooms were just NATSY!!! Unclean unhealthy, debris blowing out of the ac/heating units that were visible on the white covers on the beds. Some of the rooms had urine on the side of the toilets and the smell was not pleasant. "We loved our stay! No issues at all, everything was clean, functional, pool could use some TLC with cleaning not other then that it was great. We loved the steam sauna, jacuzzi, and we really loved the bike rentals. We will be back!"
