"Only spent one night here with my husband and youngest son on our way back from visiting family in Hidalgo. Happy to have 24 hour room service. We were able to get late checkout, as our flight wasn’t until the evening, so we were able to relax and enjoy the rooftop pool which our son loved. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again our next time in the city."

"Stayed here for 2 nights travelling from Europe. We were delighted with everything the from front desk to the housekeeping team making sure we were looked after during our stay. Fantastic size bedroom and it was super clean, and the room was regularly cleaned. We didn't eat here or use the spa, but would return again based on this experience."
