"The staff are so kind and welcoming. The location is perfect with lots of great places to eat nearby. It’s in a very safe and clean area with easy access to public transportation. There’s a theater next door which was very nice because we got to catch a play one night. The common area was a huge plus for us, with access to drinkable water 24/7, a mini fridge, microwave, coffee/tea, tea kettle, and glasses and mugs. "Clean, quiet and delightful hotel! Breakfast is delicious and made to order. There are a lot of nooks and places to relax with wine and cheese from the European market next door after a long day of exploring. The location is great and very walkable to reforma, museums and parks. The bed is firm but we slept well. The bathroom was nice although they do request toilet paper be thrown in the trash can. Overall we very much enjoyed the staff, hotel and location. "

"The room is like an apartment with a open concept dining room, living room, kitchenette. Bedroom has plenty of storage space and an inviting patio. Mattress wasn’t the most comfortable but everything else made up for it especially the price. Great area to walk any time of day. "
