"It was good experience to stay in this property. The only challenge I had was when I checked in. The directions provided was condo in XXX T2 which referred to Tower 2. If the instructions had mentioned it, it would have made our life easier since we had to go to Tower 1 and then Tower 2 since it was not clear. Second, parking arrangement was confusing. "Exceptional Stay – Best Hotel Experience in My Life😍 We stayed for 7 nights, and everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was perfect—luxuriously appointed with every amenity you could possibly need for a dream trip. The view was breathtaking, overlooking Waikiki and the iconic big banyan tree. "The best part of this property was the staff and the comfort of the bed. I am very picky about what I sleep on and this bed was a ten! Staff could not have been more accomodating or helpful. Dom at the front desk made me feel right at home and he was very attentive. He always remembered me by name. This is by far one of the best hotels I have been in. The only down side was the coffee bar. Very slow and even if you called ahead, you waited in line like you never ordered ahead. "

"Breakfast bugget was delicious. They had a variety of options and everything was good and fresh. Their fruit and omelette were the best! Shout out to my cleaning lady Yuet Chun, she was amazing!!!! She made sure we were well taken care of and made us feel welcomed and comfortable. She even gave us advice on what beaches to go to for the little ones. I mean, all around I loved it all!! "I Love everything & convenience to walk everywhere blocks by blocks. The only thing that I didn’t like is the restaurant food no matter where you go is not that great but the convenience of the little store food that make fresh every day which is the ABC store they’re fantastic and reasonable….."

"The the hospitality of the staff was amazing, Very helpful and courteous. The free breakfast was a continental breakfast. It would have been nice if they offered, yogurt, bagels, or Waffles. The fresh fruit every morning, with eggs and meat Gave you your protein to start the day. The initially the room was clean other than more dusting could have been done.
