1) On the 1st day of check in, after i entered my room (They up-graded my room due to unavailable of the room i booked) just before i was about to put down my lap-top, i realize the working table was oily. Then i turned to the coffee table and truth, it was oily too. I cleaned up myself.
2) For 3 nights, i ordered room service. 02 Nasi Goreng Sultan Special and 01 Nasi Goreng Kampung. On the menu, it stated that both dish comes with shrimp. But disappointed. NOPE, they said there isn't any shrimp in it after i called them up.
There's few more but i think let's get these point fix first.
Ensure the room is really clean up before guest enter or check in. Please review your menu.
