A Mix of Good and Bad
We stay three nights at Grand Paragon hotel,. The room is cosy and quite clean except I notice a few tiny cockraches around and some of the towels and bedsheet or blanket have stains which should not give to guests for using.

Nice new cosy hotel
The hotel is new and rooms are clean. daily making of room abit slow but acceptable. Location is a big challenge. Always have traffic jam. But along Jl Gajah Mada is where some eateries and night entertainment are.

If only water and wifi good, it is the best hotel
Hotel located in centre of city, nearby to most attraction, shopping mall and entertainment. Staff and crew services are great too. But the hotel is quite old, you can see from the first step in the room. There is no power plug beside bed. Water pressure not strong sometime none, can you believe it happen during shower? Although Wifi is provided, most of the time there is no internet. Breakfast is ok, combination of western and local food. Got hot coffee and tea, with juices.

Not enough facilties in room. Poor lighting.
On check in I was given a windowless room. Next day I requested to change the room. Yes I was given a room with a window with an additional payment. Both rooms have low water pressure and poor lighting. Not enough towels. Not enough electrical points for your needs. No kettle. The room was over priced. Not recommended.

Reasonable rates..
The rates are reasonable. Easy accessibility by taxi as the Hotel is in the main road. It seems the rooms have no windows. (I have stayed there twice, both time my room has no windows). The aircon is lousy; it took about 4 hours to get cool.

Not an enjoyable stay, misleading information
First of all, I was disappointed with Expedia/Hotels.com for the misleading information when I booked a room at the hotel. The room I booked and paid using Hotels.com was for a non-smoking, room with city view & with breakfast. However, upon check-in, I was given a smoking room without windows & no breakfast. After much arguing & showing my booking print, I was given breakfast but the room remains. I was told that the Hotel received booking from Expedia/Hotels.com for a room different from what I have booked. About the hotel itself, the wifi in the room was lousy, you have to use the lobby to get a decent wifi coverage. The atmosphere was not good because you can still hear loud music from your room around 3-4 am. Totally not an enjoyable stay

立地だけは良い
wi-fiはほとんど繋がらない。冷蔵庫は電源は入るが全然冷えない。ドアは蹴らないとしまらない。 中国人が夜中に騒ぐ。なかなか東南アジア的なホテルだった。

Many Cockroaches in Executive Deluxe Room
I stayed 2 nights in an executive deluxe room. I found a cockroach inside the room, followed by many of them. I reported the issuue to the front disk staff who just laughed. Because I was upset from the fact that one of the cockroaches passed by my eye when i was looking through the door nador, I asked for the duty manager. He apologized and promised to change the room. I returned to the room, packed my stuff, and waited 3 hours (no eating, no sleeping), but no response. At 11 pm, the housekeeping service asked my permission to clean the room and I dissmissed him. I coukd not stay longer in my second day of stay and left the hotel early morning.

町の中心地にあり移動に便利
従業員の対応がよく各部署とも言葉が通じなくとも親切です。あと部屋がもう少し明るくなるとよいと思う。スーパーマーケットが隣接していてべんりです。

便利だけど価格に見合わない設備
TRJマンガブサール駅のすぐ近く。隣にスーパーマーケットや近くにスタバ、バーガーキングが あり便利。 冷蔵庫があるのは良い点だが、窓なしの部屋で価格に見合わない気がする。 クーラーの効きが悪く、調整もできない。

酒購入とトランスジャカルタが近くて便利
タイトルどおり上記2つに関してはすぐ隣で非常に便利です。 あと近くに24時間営業の両替商があること、WIFIが強いのも便利な点です マイナスポイントは、部屋に窓がないこととセーフティーボックスがないことコンセントが1つしかないことです 部屋の構造上窓のないへやは小窓一つないのです。セーフティーボックスはフロントにあると書いてあったのですが、私のつたない英語では相手が何を言ってるのかわからず預かってくれませんでした。 チェックインのデポジットはクレジットカードOKで40万ルピア(4千円くらい)でした
