"Overall, the stay was good. The parking was kind of tight and small. It was a little hard to park, but it was free, which is really rare in that area. The room was so clean and the staff were good people. The only downside was I expected the front desk to be friendlier, but sometimes I saw some people over there. They didn't want to have eye contact with me or other people, but in general, I was happy with my stay."

"I paid $350 for one night, and it was nowhere near worth the price. The location was disappointing—about 20 blocks from the ocean—and the street noise was constant. The soundproofing was terrible; I could hear everything happening in the hallway and in the neighboring rooms. When I checked in, I asked whether I could park in the hotel's parking lot and was told, "No problem." "The property was nice, clean and in a very convenient location. The employees were really nice and helpful. In fact, when we asked to leave earlier than we originally booked at a non cancellable deal, the hotel manager approved it with no problem. I will go back there any time I’m in LA."
