"This place has lovely style and we always enjoy the small outdoor sitting area with the fountain. Location for UCLA is excellent. The room wasn’t ready until 7pm on the day we arrived but they gave us a discount which was nice."

"This used to be a favorite hotel. The clientele is disgusting and cheap and weird. The bar once glamorous feels like a sleazy bad 80’s film without the cleanliness. My suite had construction and a non existent closet but it was large. It had a view of a parking lot. It was $4k a night. I moved to a full bungalow and those too were a bit badly in need of updates- ventilation and WiFi spotty. Cannot wait to see the upcoming refresh. "We loved staying at Olivia Hotel so much! We loved everything about the hotel: the convenient, perfect location, lovely, friendly staff, cleanliness, breakfast, gym, fireplace, coffee machine, bathrobes, filtered water, flowers and scent - everything was perfect! We are from Australia - here there’s always a kettle in hotel rooms though, it might be different in the US. The hotel is almost brand new, it’s just one year old. "The hotel was fine. No one picked up the phone anytime we called before we got there and it is not a very kids friendly hotel. I would say for luxury it definitely was very luxurious but it was not very kids friendly."
