"The hotel is located in one of the best areas of Istanbul. Traffic makes reaching the hotel a little difficult, but there are many shops and resturants as soon as you step out of the hotel. The staff were very polite and very helpful, especially Sina at the reception."

Breakfast was always great, our room was always clean, and the staff was always very helpful with directions, locations of shops, and where to go/ what to do. Can’t wait to come back!"

"I stayed here for 15 days and extended my visit twice because I didn’t have time to move to another hotel. Unfortunately, the housekeeping service was very poor. The cleaning staff would only come in to refill a few items and leave. Towels were not changed unless you specifically asked for it, and the room and bathroom were not cleaned daily.
