The shower water too weak could bot get a good show in 5 start hotel,The light of the room has only one lighting system; there is no dim or soft lighting optio. The elevator do not work if you dont have the room key if you forget ypu should use the stairs. there was no time to change the room it was only a night. Bad experience

Not quite the WoW hotel

Rooms too hot! Air con only works in the summer months. Heating either on or off, no adjustment. Pillows very uncomfortable, like stuffed sandbags. Shower not good pressure, just a dribble and fluctuates from hot to cold.

Room cleaning felt superficial. After first night my bedsheet and blanket had been turned 180 degrees for a reason I cannot understand. The area seems not very vibrant but of course the congress center is right there in short walking distance so that's the main thing. Overall very ok hotel but if you are expecting five star service this is not the place. Few minuses of walls being paper thin and AC only giving hot air. Plus for complementary water bottles in room. There was a fruit plate in the room when I arrived and after two nights the strawberry there was completely moldy and cleaning crew probably paid no attention to this.
