Train was nearby, the area is lively and full of cafes, bars, restaurants, and international brand shopping. The room was clean and spacious, only complaint we had was there wasn’t an AC unit in the smaller bedroom, only in the living room and larger bedroom. The front desk staff were very nice and ready to help with anything from recommendations to taxi service.

Apartment itself was decent/liveable and spacious. Amenities were not the best unfortunately but all worked. The staff superb and the location was a top spot. Stone throw away to the sea and to public transport. Endless places to eat…

Great place on Bagdat
I was our second stay in Marmara hotel, great personal and great property condition! Big apartments, washer and dryer, cool bath. Great locations, many stores, restaurants and sea view! Ideal place for long stay. Near Suadie Marmaray station, so you can easily travel through all Istanbul!

Photos looked nice, so I ignored some of the bad reviews. But overall quite dirty when you actually get inside. Blue couch was pretty stained brown. Sheets were stained. Bathroom tub had molding. Bathroom cleanliness was not up to snuff. Luckily only stayed here for a night. Wouldn’t stay here for longer. This is much more an extended stay apartment than a hotel. I think their staffing is very limited, and that’s reflected in the cleanliness.

Really good
So people mixed up on reviews between the hotel and apartment. I stayed on the apartment 3bedroom~ was really big and clean~ wooden floor with balcony 2, kitchen fulled with equipment and all looks brand new. Rooms clean and bathroom really clean and big~ area really fun surroundings with alot of restaurant and american brand retrial stores: Really clean for big family highly suggested it

Location in Suadiye was excellent. On Bağdat Street with outstanding shopping and restaurant selection. Walking distance to the beach of 15 minutes. Apartment size was excellent especially for the price. Decor and condition is dated but operational and clean. Onsite nightclub was working.

It's okay place.
I booked it as a sea view room, which is wrong..... not aware that a guest staying overnight would be charged extra $$ , stayed couple days and no one offered room service ....
