The only thing i disliked about Naz city was you couldn't bring any food or water. The last day of our stay, we asked for 2 bottles of water and they said we will be charged. Maybe all the hotels are lijke that in Istanbul, I am not sure. Everything else especially the shuttle service was very good, I think the hotel should reconsider their food restriction, no odering of food from outside is understandable.

Very nice hotel with large rooms, nice bathroom, comfy bed and overall hotel was very clean, and the staff were super friendly. Be aware however it is a hotel that patients use to stay whilst having medical procedures which visually is a little off putting. Would recommend though.

Think twice before you book a room at this property… here’s why: 1. We booked the suite with balcony, and a room at another hotel for other family members. After signing contract THEN they told us the rules of the hotel… no outside food allowed.. no guests allowed. Our family members weren’t even allowed upstairs to use the bathroom. 2. No amenities. You have to pay $3 for water bottle, meanwhile my family at other hotel had free water bottles readily available. 3. In order to clean your room, you have to be inside the room… so strange especially if you want to spend your time wisely you have to waste an hour sitting watching them clean your room. 4. Front desk super unhelpful and extremely rude. 5. My daughter had a medical emergency due to her health condition, we had to end our trip early and they were in no way understanding and giving us even a partial refund… even though room was no refundable we spoke to Expedia and they offered to pay the hotel back in full commission! And the hotel still didn’t except. There are far better hotels to stay at in Istanbul.

The hotel is super, clean, helpful staff, very good breakfast, very good facilities. It is not so close to Taxim square but the hotel offers a punctual shuttle from and to the square which is great and resolves this point. Highly recommended!

The overall stay was great. The staff was helpful and very respectful. There was a misunderstanding with the cleaning service that the maneger took care of very professionally. The breakfast was delicious ,and the shuttle the hotel provided helped a lot. Very pleasant very recommended

We were recommended by friends to stay at this lovely hotel and it didn’t disappoint. The room and the staff were so lovely and so helpful. Breakfast was delightful. The gym and pool were absolutely beautiful and hit the spot after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel also has a 24hour free shuttle service to take you into Taksim - which we used every single day and evening. It definitely saved us quite a bit in cab fares and also was on demand I.e no waiting around! A few things I would note is that the hotel is situated on a main road that’s quite busy and noisy. If you’re a light sleeper I would recommend you ask for a room that’s on the other side of the hotel (I.e not facing the main road). Also the area surrounding the hotel can be seen to be rough. I wouldn’t recommend walking to Taksim at night from the hotel. The other difficulty we faced is that the hotel isn’t located near any transportation links. So whilst sightseeing during the day, we struggled to figure out our route to all of the main touristic sites. We either had to get a cab to the destination (which was so difficult since cabby’s don’t want to take you when theres traffic) or the shuttle can take you to Taksim and you will have to walk 15 mins to the tram links which take you to all of the main touristic sites (further 10 mins on the tram). Besides this I would still recommend this hotel and would stay here again in the future! A solid 4 out of 5!

The hotel is clean and quiet, the staff were friendly and helpful, there is a 24hrs shuttle to/from Istiklal road (Taksim), I booked superior room with king bed but I was given another room with 2 adjoint single beds the next day I asked to change the room and they did, the superior room is not that spacious but good for 2 persons

Very welcoming .efficient and helpful staff, very nice hotel.excellent gym. Great breakfast , hôtel very clean with a shuttle .use the shuttle ! Unsafe and potentially dangerous location !!! Do not walk down from Taksin square back to hotel even if it is 10 mns walk. Do not wander around hotel at nite . Not appropriate for single women. Taxis’ pricing is all over the place . Ask front desk for a cab, tell them where u want to go and ask the front desk to call for a cab asking pricing before u get into the cab unless he sets the meter or set a price prior u getting in . I had cab asking me as much as 100 euros cash to drive 3 kms. Beware !

Pleasant stay in clean hotel
Very clean and high standards for COVID protocol, good sized room. Gym, pool and spa area really nice. A bit of a walk from taksim but the free shuttle was available every time when needed. No alcohol license in bar/room service

Great hotel close to Taksim
I stayed here for one night with a colleague after a business trip to inegol before flying out of Turkey. Both of the rooms we had were nicely done to a high standard and very clean. The location is good with a short 5-10min walk to Taksim through some interesting little back streets to all of the bars restaurants and cafés. I'd highly recommend walking it rather than the shuttle bus but the hill is quite steep. The bed was extremely comfortable and ended up sleeping right up until check out. A small note - the hotel doesn't serve any alcohol. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly and arranged a car to the airport for us. Overall I'd highly recommend.

Pictures and reality are totally different !
What is advertised on the site and the reality is completely different. I specifically asked for a king room as it was showing it has a bathtub and made the reservation asking for that type of room as showed in pictures. When we arrived we were told it was only one room in.the hotel with bathtub and it was already occupied. Instead of trying at least to apologize or give an explanation why the site is showing something that doesn't exist , the staff only cared about taking pictures of my email reservation. View in the room they actually reserved for us was something like horror scenes. Definitely not as advertised!

Staff were lovely. Rooms were immaculate. Free shuttle was a brilliant bonus. Only downfall was the booking specified a jet bath which is the only reason i booked (im staying at a different hotel for a few weeks and was craving a bath so booked this hotel for that) but still, nice!
