Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly kind and always ready to help. Burak was especially thoughtful, he even gave me his own bottle opener when I asked for one, which I really appreciated. Onur from the night shift was also very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Big thanks to the whole team for making my visit so enjoyable. I’d definitely love to come back!

I stayed in a delux room which was excellent. Very spacious and clean. Quality furniture. Above all the staff was very nice. Happy to help anytime. In house restaurant offers a good variety of food till 10 pm at night. Will definitely stay here again.

I booked a 2 week stay at the hotel because I was undergoing surgery in Istanbul . The staff were very kind and friendly . Especially Burak , he assisted me with my transportation and showed much hospitality . Nice and clean hotel located walking distance to many things . If I ever visit Istanbul again I will decently book this place . Thank you for making it a great experience ☺️

A special shoutout to Burak and his amazing team for making everything so memorable! The location is absolutely perfect—just a quick 10-minute walk to Cevahir Mall and the Cevahir Metro! The staff at this hotel were kind and attentive, and the manager in particular was extremely helpful. However, our experience overall was mixed. Our first night was very rough. After a long flight, we were placed in a room where loud construction work continued from 11 p.m. to 3 a.m. Needless to say, we didn’t get any sleep. After we raised our concerns, the manager promised us a better room if we stayed in the same room for one more night—and he followed through. The second room was indeed more comfortable and spacious, but unfortunately, still lacked soundproofing. Every morning, we were woken up by street noise and the sound of the cleaning crew working in the rooms above us. Breakfast was actually quite good, especially considering the price. Our main issue with this hotel was the location. It’s situated in an area where no matter where you want to go, you have to climb a lot of stairs or walk uphill. We chose this hotel because it was close to our clinic, but it turned out to be a poor choice for someone undergoing medical treatment. I really wish previous reviews had mentioned how physically demanding the area is. That said, if you’re comfortable with steep climbs and stairs, the hotel is just a 10-minute walk from Cevahir Mall and conveniently located near public transportation—once you make it up the hill.

Amazing stay

It was really good hotel. The location is considerably near good attraction, it was a bit noisy road but not that bad. The staff were really really helpful and kind specially Burac, he was amazing and willing to help even with things that are not related to the hotel

Staff are brilliant

Spent 10 nights at this hotel. Had a really pleasant time and staff were brilliant. They were extremely friendly and always happy to help. Special mention to Burak, Kemal and Ulas. The hotel is based on a main street so can get noisy at times which you may want to bear in mind. Rooms however were well looked after, spacious and kept clean by the staff.
