This property will cancel your reservation if you select the “pay upon arrival” option when booking through Expedia. We called and they gladly rebooked our room when we paid upon reserving. The hotel is absolutely perfect for families. Affordable, spacious, and clean.

Keeping lickage at reception during breakfast was nice, terrace at breakfast place with pool view was relaxing, big rooms. Location near airport helped.

there was Maintainance A/C not working. I forgot the mobile charger in the room when asked about that it was difficult to communicate in English and no result.

The only hotel which will charge you for a lost room card so please keep extra cash just incase you have misplaced the card somewhere in the room and have no time to go back to the room and risk being late for your flight :(

Had to overnight my transit and I faced this hotel. The price was absolutely amazing. And it was not far away from the SAW airport. You can get there by walking or by bus or by taxi. All methods depend on your affords. By the way, I want to admit that staff members are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

Its very good hotel, i just wished if the guy at the front desk were more helpful because i came from long trip and i was very hungry so i just asked him to update the address in my food delivery app but he refused and gave me the hotel card instead.

Not happy with the service at all. I spend more than an hour on my arrival in the reception arguing with the receptionist who was asking me to pay for the room again! While I had already paid online through Hotels.com! he and his manager said they couldn't find my payment on their system and asked me to pay again. so I had to wait more than an hour while I was dead tired at the end of an awful day! I asked them to keep my passport and give me the keys so I can take some rest and discuss the payment the day after, but they refused and I had to contact hotels.com and it just took ages. And when the problem solved, no one took the responsibility of their mistake! Even hotels.com didn't even try to make this up to me. really disappointed with this hotel and also the hotels.com!

I arrived to this property in the evening. They checked me in fast, but they gave me a simple double bed room full of cigarette smoke and without WiFi. I couldn’t sleep till morning because of cigarette smell. When I asked them about these terrible condition, they just said sorry. I think you mustn’t pay them full amount of money. This is a fraud. I’m going to check out in the morning 8th at 7:30 am. I think you (Expedia) are responsible to taking my right. I’m not happy with these bad conditions. Thank you for your understanding.
