Hotel name was Erciyes internet name is Butique House I guess they try to copy other hotel name in internet.Everthing is terrible condition very dirty.This hotel immediately should check by tourism ministery and municipality due to healt and safety condition.I never visit again.

This is scam. It lies in an ghetto alley and the guy worked there i said i cant check in because some reason i dont understand what he was talking about. I came at right time of reservation at night he keep saying i need to come tomorrow of reason i dont understand. So nowhere to sleep the night. I booked another hotel and looked for refund but didnt find any in such option hotel.com app.

Thefts on the Hotels.com platform

The reservation desk was lying and not answer tha calls from Hotels.com as they did non refundable conditioning in order to extort money from customers, The room was terribly full of cockroaches flying everywhere even on the mattress and the wardrobe. After i asked them for starting the air conditioning they said It is paid service I should pay extra for air conditioning , unbelievable basters ,Robbers.
