Staff are friendly mashala the receptionist was so helpful person. The hotel has good location the room is ok bed is confortable, and also the rooms is clean housekeeping people make a good jab, breakfast is ok have fresh fruit and vegetables. etc I what to say thank you!!! agora hotel:)

This hotel told us that we could get a car sent to pick us up at the airport at the cost of (first email, 40 euro, last email 45 euro). I emailed all of the necessary information, but there was no car waiting and we paid over 100 euro to get from the airport to the hotel. When I talked with the person behind the desk in the morning, who appeared to be the manager, he first insisted that I had not sent the information, until he found it after I showed him my email with all of the information in it on my laptop. He still insisted that it was not his responsibility. I did say that this would go in review of the hotel. However, the next morning when we were coming through the lobby he told us that he would pay personally for a taxi to take us to the airport. He repeated this the following morning and when we were going out to the airport. However, I have just checked my credit card statement, and without telling us, he charged us 45 euro, having my credit card information on file. In other words, he outright lied to us and charged us without our consent. I highly recommend that no-one use this hotel!

Room spacious but very dark, felt like you trapped in the box , breakfast ok if you come first at 8 am if you come later there is very poor choice just boiled egg , jam , olives and bread, if you ask for something they always says finished, don’t have anymore, although they do. Have to give 5* for cleaning. Would not go back to this hotel and this area, Area very expensive, lots of restaurants and very annoying people every time you pass they attacking you with invites to come and eat.

Close to the big mosques but you will have to walk about a kilometer from the tram station. Staff were great and room was nice. Loved the jet bathtub and glad I sprung extra for that room.

Nihail de Malatya & Sara at the khavalte teras provided a delicious breakfast, & were the kindest, friendliest hosts that you could meet. The building owner needs to fix the room(s) w/ poor draining ASAP, as the odor is unpleasant. No rate discount offered when reported to reception.

The location is amazing, 5 minutes walk to Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia. Breakfast is included served in the terrace with a beautiful view of the ocean. They put me first in a room that didn't smell good. I asked to be changed and they have me another room right away. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They stored my bags for a few hours after my check-out free of change. Very recommended.

Family stay at Agora!
Had a very lovely stay at the Agora boutique hotel in February. The hotel was in an excellent location, a short walk from restaurants and sultanahmet square. The room was very comfortable with many beds for all the family to rest comfortably in the suite. Amenities were good, included and minibar fridge and kettle. Bathroom had a tub and a shower which was a bonus. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. The view from the terrace each morning was beautiful overlooking the sea. Would stay here again! Thank you to the staff for a wonderful stay.

Лучше доплатить и выбрать другой отель. Ужасная шумоизоляция. Старая дешёвая мебель в номере. При въезде в отель номер был грязный. Персонал не очень.

This is really nice little hotel in the heart of historic Sultanahmet district. Hotel staff is very helpful and dedicated for great customer experience. The rooms are pretty large, though from outside may look tiny. They provide transfer services to/from airport and offer PCR test for travellers leaving the country. It was very worth the price we paid for our stay and enjoyed it.

Little gem with elevator and perfect service
For spaces in the center of Sultanahmet, it was perfect. Staff bent over backwards to make our stay enjoyable. One just needs to know that all houses in the area are built on very small space due to the architectural nature and history of the area. It was perfect for us, good breakfast, and the terrace had a nice view and was very clean. Would definitely come again if I wanted to stay in Sultanahmet again.

Good budget choice in a great location in Sultanahmet. Rooms are vey small and the Internet is a bit slow, were my only complaints. Good breakfast with small (one table) outdoor roof terrace with perfect Sea of Marmara viess. The rest of the breakfast terrace is inside but with a view for all of the other tables. 24 hour minimarket just around the corner that sells everything you need, beer and wine included. Good variety of channels on the TV, English movies and several English news channels. Friendly staff but English only spoken (and often limited) by the reception staff.

Visible areas in the room are clean, but close to under the bed smells like mold, between the closet and the wall is full of dust, the ceiling lamp has mold, if you keep the bathroom's door open the room is going to smell like sewers. Breakfast was ok, but items that had to remain cold were left out in the open. Reception guy was very nice and welcoming.

I had a great stay here at Agora hotel. The staff are very helpful and kind. The service was great. Slow internet and small room otherwise no problem at all. The hotel is located very close to museums and mosques with a small walking distance

why 5/5? 1. Mohammad at reception with his English speaking ability was very helpful and accommodating. We arrived 3 hours before check in time but he still got us one room right away and the other got cleaned in an hour. 2. Close to everything 3. Quite and comfortable 4. rooms were really nice, small but clean. This is not a 3 or 4 start hotel, this is a small building with comfortable stay for couple of days.
