I was on a tight budget this trip and it was the cheapest option available in this area. What was ok for the state of the building is that the room and bathroom were clean. Other than that: - a strong moldy smell both in the room and the building. -very thin walls, every time the elevator door opened,l (which was loud by itself) or someone walked up or down the stairs sounded like it was right inside the room. -the room is much smaller than the photos. - in my last night, a hotel guest/ or whoever lives on that last floor was screaming so loud on the phone that it woke me up at 4.30 am. This went on till at least 6 am. Generally people in the building seem to use loud outdoor noises indoors. So sleeping there the last few nights was very difficult.

Al llegar no tiene letrero ni parece hotel. En la entrada hay 6 ó 7 escalones y hay que cargar el equipaje para ingresar, lo cual resulta incómodo. Al llegar nos atendió una señora que luego la identificamos como la de limpieza, que no habla más que su idioma nativo y cero inglés. No nos dejó pasar y tuvimos que esperar 10 minutos en la calle con las maletas hasta que apareció el administrador para que nos deje pasar y peleaban delante de nosotros. Fue muy incómodo. El baño funcionó bien un día, luego de eso emanaba un olor a desagüe muy desagradable tanto de la ducha, como del inodoro y el lavamanos. La puerta de nuestra habitación estaba con el marco que se movía. Finalmente un día mientras nos encontrábamos dentro de la habitación el administrador intentó abrir nuestra habitación sin siquiera tocar la puerta previamente, dice que estaba revisando la puerta con un conserje de mantenimiento. A pesar de que tiene buen ubicación, no lo recomiendo.
