We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was very nice and responded to our demands quickly. There was a variety of European and local foods to choose from for breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable. It matched our expectations of European customers.

Its exceptional location, impeccable cleanliness, and outstanding staff truly surpassed our expectations. Situated in a vibrant area, just a short 10-minute walk to Osmanbey and in proximity to malls like Cevahir, this hotel is perfect for a holiday. The staff at this hotel were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. This hotel makes the perfect holiday stay.

This hotel should not rated as 4 stars hotel. It is two stars hotel. The room is not clean at all. From my side, I am sure I won’t back to this place. Also, I can’t recommend anyone. Sorry for this but this is true for me.

The staff here were very attentive, we would call room service twice a day and each time they would come immediately and even though there was a slight language barrier they did try their best. Housekeeping was really polite too. The room itself is nice, the negative is that there is no view (I was looking at a wall with painted murals in both rooms i stayed in). The hotel is located on a busy main street so be careful when crossing the road but this street has many facilities. We had our hair done around the corner; nails done across the street, there’s bakeries and smaller stores and about 10 mins down the road you can find a main road with mcdonald’s, starbucks etc

The location was good and staff were helpful, but the property is in need of maintenance and furniture were stained. Our bathroom had a water damaged ceiling and the toilet flush was faulty. The shower was not working that good either. Also there were cigarettes' buts left outside our window and I remember requesting a smoke-free room. Over all more attention to details and cleanliness can help this hotel.

Çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü. Ancak kahvaltı kısmında büyük eksiklikler var ve hijyensiz gözüküyordu. Konum olarak iyi metroya yürüyerek maks 5 dk. King yatağı 2 tane tek kişilik yatağı birleştirerek yapmışlar konforlu değildi.
