"This was one of two hotels, and Divan was my favorite. The staff was extremely present and friendly. The room was very clean, comfortable bed, the furniture looked perfect with no scratches or tears. The entire place smelled great along with the towels and bedding. I highly recommend this hotel for the location too. The bathroom was perfect as well. "

"Our recent stay at the Pera Palace was wonderful. It is a beautiful and historic hotel in a buzzing area of Beyoğlu. Our suite was lovely and very comfortable and clean with all the ammenities we required. As with any hotel what makes a it great is the staff and this is where the Pera Palace excels. From check-in and concierge to the housekeeping staff all were friendly, polite and welcoming. Special mention goes to the fabulous team in the bar who looked after and entertained us so well over our stay, thank you. We will definitely be back!"

"I’ve lost count how many times I’ve stayed it’s so good this hotel it was my wife’s second time staying here she and I agree the staff are great they went above and beyond for us they are so welcoming as soon as you arrive someone helps you with your bags which is exceptional even when we were changing rooms they were helpful they came and did everything for us they even gave me a birthday card which was a nice touch the rooms are brilliant huge beds cleans rooms and great shower power "
