"Great location right in the heart of Taksim. Our room had an amazing view, which was definitely the highlight of our stay. While the room was a bit small for two people, the stunning view more than made up for it. A special thank you to our housekeeper, Bedriye, who was incredibly kind and kept our room spotless every day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!"

"The check in process was very smooth and the staff made you feel welcome and special. There was a lift which was appreciated as we’re on the 4th floor! Room was very clean and comfortable but small. Shower was great. The location of the hotel was great with access to lots of local food and public transportation. "

"I had bad luck. We got in late and were tired from long day of travel. We were given a beautiful room but no air conditioning. We left frontbdoor open withba garbage pail and opened the windows but after 3 or 4 visits from lovely staff we got moved to another room and had to repack.... Some staff / concierge exceptional but hotel did nothing regarding costs."

"Hotel location is great, rooms are clean. The hotel is already old now and must be renovated. The rooms and bathrooms are in bad shape. Room service was ok but not that good for the overpriced meals. Outside pool is amazing but no staff on sight"

"Hotel is very near to Taksim Metro and not very walker able to Istiklal Street. Nice little hotel with nice breakfast provided at a small rooftop area.Piano and singing session with light snacks on Saturday was great.Overall we enjoyed our stay."

"They were extremely friendly I like the location of the property Just next to Taksim square There is a metro station that connects to a train We used to go Karacoy, aminuno, sultaned I will go back again I recommend it Oh! The Turkish breakfast is delicious"

"The room & bathroom were clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good. The staff were nice. The hotel was close to Taksim Square and so it was easy to get to and from the airport using the metro which is very accessible and efficient and also easy to connect to the old city using the funicular and metro network. There are shops and restaurants closeby. The only thing I found disturbing was the early morning call to prayer from the mosque in the square which woke me at 4:30AM on...
