"I adored my stay here. A woman in eary to mid 30's is all i met n spoke with. But she was cery kind, held a smile every convorsation or in passing. The property was quaint n clean n quite surprising because u dont expect all of what the place offers. Its a hidden jem right off the 41 South Tamiami Trail. The rooms from outside look as tho they would b very tiny without any extra amentities or play space inside but wow u walk in n its a happy exhale of comfort n of delight. The set up of the property is brilliant because u walk in ur room n are able to leave out the room back door which lead u into a back courtyard that all the rooms lead to with cook out areas n swimming amentities. It was great i really enjoyed the diamond in the rough. "

"they changed our room at the last minute to the second floor and there was no handrail. I fell down the stairs exiting the room, and injured my face, ribs and wounds on my legs. They seemed uninterested in helping us and didn't offer to call EMS. My daughter called paramedics to get help. The hotel staff wouldn't give us another room, so we left and they would not give us a refund unless we agreed to sign a release. This was an awful experience, and it is now a month later and I am still trying to recover."

"We booked a bar side king room. It was spacious, clean, and updated. Enjoyable place to stay. Walking distance to the beach, souvenir shops, and restaurants. The food at the property was good and reasonably priced. The pool was nice and well maintained. Rooms that are "bar side" get a bit of noise as they have nightly entertainment. Not loud enough to bother us, but might be off-putting to some. The entire property was well maintained and updated. If going to the beach is a priority, then this is the perfect place to stay. Not only is it literally across the street, but they also furnish beach chairs, a cooler, beach towels, and bottled water at no charge. We would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel is easy to get to and just across the street from the beach. The room was spotless and well maintained. Besides a microwave and mini fridge it also had a toaster and dishes. "

"Clean hotel, great customer service. Easy check in process. I did see little roaches in my room. Other than that very clean. "

"Breakfast buffet had many items, including many hot options. Room was clean, but musty smelling. Staff was very pleasant."

"BEWARE! The pictures you see of the beach are not what you get. We were there for four days and two of them, the seaweed was a foot high, hot and smelly and went into the water so you couldn’t just step over it. I told the front desk, they said I was the first person to mention it (I find that VERY hard to believe) and the next day it was still there. I literally paid for the amenity to walk to the beach (like the one they had pictured) and we couldn’t even stand to be down there for two of the four days. We could have stayed somewhere inland for a cheaper price. I feel like we got ripped off totally. I tried contacting the manager twice and it’s been a week and he hasn’t returned my calls. There are plenty of other places to stay. Shop around."

"Clean well kept rooms and property. Close to the beach. Very good food. Seems like a way more relaxing place to stay than the sister property Lido Key Beach Resort. Close walk to restaurants and shops. Nice staff."
