"It was a beautiful hotel. Everything was very clean,the view was awesome. The pool area was a big hit for our grandsons they had a blast. We did not care for the breakfast. Bacon tasted burnt,french toast was cold, the fruit was good. We went to a nearby restaurant the second morning. Overall it was a great stay. "

"Our kids had a blast at this hotel and did not want to leave. We were in town to go to Dollywood and I regret not having more time to just relax at the hotel. From before we checked in to after we left the communication was amazing. They even called on our second day to see if there was anything we needed. "We enjoyed this place for our family as we were in town for an event at the LeConte center. It was nice that if sone of our party didn't have to be there as early, they could walk to the event center. It is also very close to the Ripkin baseball fields. The 1 bedroom suite style was very nice for our family of 5 to have a home away from home. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My only suggestions for improvement is to open breakfast a tad earlier. "This is going to be out new place ti stay evertime in PF. Its so conveniently located and we were honestly so impressed at how nice this hotel was. The pool was great, the breakfast was worth the 10 dollars and the staff was amazing. We really really love this hotel and was so impressed! "
