"We had a wonderful stay at this resort! The food was delicious, the property was beautiful and clean, and the staff truly made the experience exceptional. Everyone was so friendly, attentive, and welcoming, and their service was amazing from start to finish. The only small thing I would mention is that the mattress was a little on the firm side for my preference. Other than that, everything was fantastic! Overall, this was a 5-star experience and a place I would absolutely recommend. We had a great time and would love to come back!"

"Resort was well maintained and close to the beach. The staff were very friendly. The restaurants were good as well with some decent variety. It was hard to get money if you wanted to tip the staff. Only thing I didn't like was the gift shop where the prices were outrageous. ($40 USD for a bottle of sunscreen) I would still recommend this place to friends. It was about an hour away from the Cancun airport so you will need a taxi or transfer service."
