"The moment you arrive, you're met with two long flights of stairs and no assistance from staff. After taking a flight, ferry, and taxi to reach the hotel, having to carry all of our luggage down the stairs immediately set the tone. For a 4-star hotel, I expected much better service.
As many other reviews have stated, the view is beautiful, but unfortunately that's where most of the positives end.

"This hotel is in a great location - walking distance to port, shops, restaurants, buses etc. Lots to see and do in the area. Hotel needs major upgrades, and regular cleaning. Another couple was also talking about how dirty the pool area was - from mold at the pool edges, hair clumps in and around the pool - it was not clean. Rooms were noisy with people throughout the night and day in the halls. Some tile patching was done in the bathrooms, but there was also holes still in the walls and a stain...
