"The level of hospitality we received from Claudia, Alessandro, and Francesco has been unmatched. From the moment we walked through the door we were treated like familyโthey made it incredibly easy to relax and unwind after a long travel day! My only complaint about this place is that we didnโt stay longer. The breakfast was delicious (the best weโve had on our trip), the room was spacious, and the views from the terrace were unforgettable."

"We booked a room that had a beautiful terrace looking onto the garden but the room they gave us was in the back so it got no light and the terrace faced a wall. We complained and they said the photos online are just examples. Not good value for money and the photos are deceiving. "

The outdoor was very poor maintened, dirty and messy. The furniture inside the room was very basic, an old wardrobe that smelled bad, a basic bed and a sofa with a cover on it. Miramare E Castello Hotel

"This is an incredible hotel in a beautiful part of Ponte Ischia, highly recommend. The hotel itself is very charming with Mediterranean decor. We arrived at 10am from the ferry and our room was ready, and they upgraded us to a room with a balcony (which was very helpful to drive swimsuits and clothes in the heatwave). The breakfast was incredible; huge variety of options, everything very fresh, and they make any type of coffee you want for you (including iced coffee). The location is also beautiful with it being located directly on the beach with its own beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach club service (we were able to order food and drinks ,which were all delicious). My only con to this hotel is that the beach neighbors a few other hotels and that the beach area belonging to the hotel isn't closed off, so there are multiple children and families playing in the water and running around the lounge chairs during the day, which feels less private and more of a public beach setting -- that's my only feedback that I wish the hotel could implement for a more relaxing stay on the beach."

"Little gem of a hotel, beautiful views, bus right outside down to Casamicciola where you can get a variety of buses around the island. The staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was tasty, lunch/dinner also available and good value. Nice pool and thermal baths/sauna. Good little bar for snacks and drinks. Highly recommend this hotel for a calm stay just a way up the hill from Casamicciola and Lacco Ameno."

"I almost didnโt want to review this hotel so I could keep it a secret! It is paradise on earth. Nestled at the top of a hill with stunning views and a number of thermal baths this was truly a place to recharge and take a break from the world. With a spa, fitness room, and a wonderful bar and restaurant you need not travel anywhere once you arrive. If you prefer there is a free shuttle to take you back and forth from the town square below. They also have a private beach club arranged if you would like a swim in the ocean. We could always find our very own secluded spot amongst the pools. A little paradise on earth is not an overstatement."

"Yes the rooms are small but the bathrooms are fine, there is air conditioning but, more importantly, a great thermal pool area with sauna and cold plunge AND perhaps most importantly, free access to beach loungers and umbrellasonly four minute walk away.โ Simply putโฆif you donโt want to pay for beach chairs and umbrellas, donโt want to battle crowds to get said chairs and umbrellas, and donโt want to pay $$$ to experience a thermal pool (both indoors and outdoors) this is your place!"
