"I chose this location for its views, balcony and ratings as a romantic location to celebrate a very significant wedding anniversary. The hotel and staff delivered a mixed experience. While spacious enough and clean, the rooms were not necessarily aligned with the room rates. Some aspects were excellent and recently renovated, while others were a little tired. For the rate we paid it was a little disappointing. The rest of the facility had some excellent features and were certainly on-point...

"We stayed at Hotel Villa Jantò for five days in October. The views are breathtaking, the rooftop and outdoor pool areas are lovely, and there was a small, heated indoor pool. The free hotel shuttle to nearby towns and the beach is convenient, since the hotel sits atop a steep hill and taxis are surprisingly expensive. The room, however, was a letdown. It felt painfully plain, with white walls and nearly zero decoration—odd for a hotel that otherwise tries to look somewhat bohemian and stylish....

"We had an overall great experience at this resort. The grounds are beautiful and smell wonderful due to the plants planted around the grounds. The beds were comfortable and the view from our room was amazing. The private beach was a great touch as well! The only downsides were that probably 90% of the people staying here were older retired folk and we got awful mosquito bites. Other than that everything was perfect! The store across the street sells bus tickets too so it makes it very easy to...
