"Super convenient for getting to Haneda airport early in the morning. An uphill climb from Shinagawa Station to Pangoo, but the decline with suitcases in the reverse direction is great!"

"Stayed with my 11 year old daughter for two nights, it is amazing and so much space. Staff are friendly, it’s very clean and cannot believe how big it was in the room. Would definitely stay there again. It is room only but loads of places to eat and drink around"

"We had an excellent experience at this hotel. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. We were granted a late check-out at no extra charge, which really helped us relax on our last day. The hotel is also in a fantastic location—just a 4-minute walk from the bus station and 9 minutes from the train station. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Highly recommended for both convenience and top-notch service!"

"Great location! Very roomy and the beds were comfortable! "

"The room was clean, the bathroom had more space than some other Japanese hotels. The only issue was with the water temperature, which would sometimes go cold. We had otherwise a very pleasant stay. Would recommend."

"The location is excellent at just a 3 minute walk from the Yamanote line. The room was clean and as expected. The aircon worked well and keep cool overnight. The bed was comfy. If you're looking for a no frills, place to sleep and shower, and take off for the day, this is the place to stay at."

"Top notch comfort and service. In a quiet area, but walkable to all the action in Shinjuku, including Shinjuku station. Limo buses from the airports will also pick up and drop off at this hotel. The restaurants at the hotel are also excellent."

"I wish I read the instructions folder in my room with all the facilities available. Lots of help items the hotel can supply. You get 2 bottles of water a day with new towels every day. The iron board which square and just a flat board was a challenge. Great view from my room I was quite high. Lifts go 8th floor then you need your hotel card in the other lifts to reach your room. Amazing location and checkout was my fastest ever. "

"I really loved this hotel. We enjoyed our stay here and definitely coming back again. The location is good and has a lot of dining restaurant nearby. Very clean hotel, lots of amenities and free shuttle going to Disneyland/Disneysea and going back to the hotel. Kudos to the staff, all of them are accommodating, very nice and helpful. And one more thing, OMG! The breakfast buffet is superb! Highly recommended! "

"Staff are so amazing and friendly. We stayed in the executive suite with breakfast included and would highly recommend if it is within your budget. The location is easily accessible to transit to get to downtown / main tourist locations. There are also some really nice sights in the immediate walkable area. Found the access to the shopping malls really helpful for all the convenient dining options. Would love to stay again if we return to Japan!"
