"Great room for mum and dad and two teens for a couple of days. Very close to station and restaurants. No front desk but communication was excellent and easy check in process. Our room faced the street but was quiet once we closed the ventilation ports. Excellent value for money."

"It was a great apartment. Space was perfect for 2 adults and a teenager. We loved it was close to Don Quijote about a 2 minute walk. The nearest station was 10 min walk away. Really close to restaurants and eateries. Loved that we were able to go grocery shopping and have a home cooked meal. Will definitely stay here again."

"Perfect place to stay near the busy spots in Ginza, but situated in a more homey quiet area which was great. I only booked for a few days, but I think this place would be a great option for longer stays with how many transportation options are close by. The studio apartment was perfect and spacious for me traveling solo and it would be perfect for a couple. Everything was very clean. "Loved this place. Unit was clean and spacious, beds were very comfortable, and my most favorite thing was that the beds were not on the floor. There is a washing machine in the unit and clothes line on patio to dry your clothes. Easy check in and check out. The area was clean. We felt very safe there even late at night. Close proximity to train stations. The bus that goes to Shibuya and Shinjuku is right across the street from apartment complex. Shopping and dining close by. "

"Can't say enough good things about this place. Cheaper but way bigger than other hotels I've been to in Tokyo. Very new. Very clean. Bathroom looks great. Has a kitchen. Has a washing machine. Has AC. Multiple door locks. Right next to the train station. 711 is a 10 minute walk (you can buy cheap laundry detergent there). Very safe and clean neighborhood. Definitely will stay again."

"Good service with sincerity and warmth and an overall comfortable stay at this lovely hotel. Every day during my 7-day stay at this hotel, and after a hectic day-out, I looked forward to coming back to the Zen atmosphere of the hotel. The room is on the small side (glad I booked the Superior Double room) but this is not unusual for Tokyo hotels. Extra big king-size bed and additional pillow appreciated. I also appreciated the shower in bathtub with good water pressure and a good range of toiletries. The shampoo and liquid body wash have a wonderful and calming feel and scent. Hotel even provided pyjamas for guests to use during their stay. Location-wise, the hotel isn’t in the most central of Tokyo areas. Selecting this feature is deliberate - the beauty of the hotel is that it is located slightly outside the busy Tokyo areas in a quiet neighbourhood, providing respite after one's senses have been assaulted in the busy areas of Tokyo. It is however an easy 5 to 8 minutes' walk to the nearest subway and JR station and also to restaurants in the neighbourhood and in and around the Tokyo Dome area. The hotel has thoughtfully provided 3 massage chairs in a room at the 3rd floor which, if one is lucky with timing, are available for guests to use. "
