"Unfortunately I hate to write this review as I really wanted to like this place our room was very dirty!! Dusty tables and pictures trash behind tables. Carpets weren’t clean or even vacuumed. No shampoo or conditioner in dispensers. The couch was broken as well as the table. There was left over food in the fridge. The air conditioner was dripping on the floor. "Unfortunately my stay was not peaceful due to unsupervised teenagers running rampant until 1 am. Security was called 3 times by 3 different guests and finally the adults with the group showed up. I had to threaten the kids and their chaperones that I would call the police if they didn’t get them under control. It would have been nice if the hotel had offered to comp my room or reduce the rate but they did not. The hotel should consider placing the teen groups on the first and second floor away...
