Very happy stay / sehr tolle Unterkunft

The Hotel war one of the best ones we had during our Malaysia-Travels. Everything was good, it was very clean, good service, warm and cold water and great food just around the corner with very friendly locals. Combined with the great paintings at the wall a great stay and we would love to come again. Das Hotel war eines der besten auf unserer gesamten Malaysia-Reise. Es war sauber, in gutem Zustand, es gab warmes und kaltes Wasser und direkt im die Ecke gab es tolle Essensmöglichkeiten mit netten Leuten. Auch zusätzlich Handtücher wurden uns ohne Probleme gegeben. Das coole Wanddesign rundet das ganze ab. Sehr gerne wieder!

the room we got it was cheap and that is why no window. the room were dark and smelly due to floor trap smelly. The main problem no ventilation, dark and air cond not cold. so the room is smelly. However, the staff very nice and friendly.

Nightmare at Ipoh

Bad service, unclean room & noisy.. not worth the money.. the only consolation is the security guard doubleup as aircond service tech after we complain that aircond is not cool. Will never come back !

Booked for family room but when came to check in, my room was given to other walk in customer. The staff arranged us to next door hotel but i quite upset because we chose Nova as they had room with cartoon theme. Few minutes after we check in, their staff came back qnd offered us their deluxe room. Next time please remark all booking ya.
