"The staff was exceptional here. Two checked us is ( one was in training) that were very friendly and hospitable and efficient! The women running the breakfast was a joy ...she kept everything filled and nicely presented and clean. She greeted people as they joined, she talked so respectfully to group of teen boys ...one was taking more than his fair share of bacon ...and she respectfully reminded him others needed some, as well. She was very good at her job! The gentleman tending facilities...

"We unfortunately didn't make it to our reservation. We've stayed here before, had a great experience. The hotel is great. EXPEDIA, however, is terrible. We missed our reservation because expedia rep mislead us by saying we had nothing to worry about, they were going to assist in changing the reservation due to our car trouble. They did not. I didn't was to slam the hotel on this review, because they have been great in the past. Buyer beware when dealing with expedia."

"The check was a bit of a pain as they were having problems with their key system and there was as coupon fo people ahead of me. So a bigger delay than normal. However, the lady Behind the counter was outstanding. Patient. Calm. Made sure we knew everything about the problem and about the hotel. Then thought our stay everything we came near a staff member they said hi or good morning and several times in the lobby they checked in with us to see if we needed anything. Breakfast was great. ...
