"We are a family of 4 and really enjoyed our stay. The room was big and had a wonderful veranda to sit out on and enjoy the views. Breakfast was by far the best free breakfast I’ve had at any hotel and was in a great location. I will definitely be back."

"The check in for starters is very odd. The first thing they make you sign is a disclaimer not to get the wood floors wet etc. or there is an additional charge. The next odd thing is we used the sauna located in the basement which is under construction. So it doesn’t really feel like the pictures. The next item, you need to use their sandals which you are required to deposit 25 CHF in cash per set. You cannot apply to the room or use a credit card hold etc. Not exactly welcoming or relaxing....

"Location super convenient literally a 2 minute walk to Interlaken West train station, and 15 minute walk to Interlaken Ost station. Great shopping and restaurants around the immediate area. Rooms clean with great AC. Bathrooms were impressive with a nice soaking tub. Onsite restaurant was average but you get a 10% discount for being hotel guest. Breakfast was average. Highly recommend overall."

"This hotel was an amazing retreat during our month long city hopping trip. The room was very nice, comfortable bed, right next to laundry room, excellent breakfast, and even had a private balcony where we would sit each night and reflect on the day. Very close to train station and grocery store, plus our host gave us a handy map to use. Train/bus is very easy to use in Interlaken, so sites were very easy to access and the hotel gave us a card we could use for free local public transport. The...

"The hotel has a great location. 9 mins walk to Interlaken West and 20 mins walk to Interlaken Ost. About one minute to Coop grocery store and souvenir stores. The room was excellent. Pretty spacious and really nice. Small bathroom but the room makes up for it. Breakfast was fresh and good. Free luggage storage. Shared pantry with fridge and microwave."

"Honestly I would never stay here again. Our friends stayed in a Hostel nicer than this - the room was not clean, we read many reviews about bed bugs, the shower had mold, and the sink was leaking brown fluid. I was extremely disappointed with this as we did pay a good amount money to stay here. We stayed for two nights and on the first night contemplating moving rooms. We didn’t feel secure or safe in the hotel at night, the only good thing would honestly be the location being local …"
