"The hotel is very clean, my room was spacious and really comfortable, staff were very professional, and the breakfast was really good with continental options at the buffet. I loved that there was a Jamaican breakfast option prepared to order. Nice rooftop dining was a vibe! Only cons are getting to the parking lot was tricky with the really close corners and tiny spots. And the pool…or lack there of was disappointing. It’s more for esthetics than practical use. Didn’t have a lounging vacation feel. More of a commuter hotel, business travel or 1-2 nights stay. Overall enjoyed my stay! Good location."

"Rooms were very small and for a booking of 4 only 2 mini bottles of water was left out. Beds were small and i had to pay for parking even though i was a guest. "

The check in clerk was not the most friendly and was more rigid than was necessary? But the other staff and their friendly attitude made up for and feelings I had about the start of the encounter. Again, this place will be one of my go to when I am in Kingston "
