"The property was double booked the first two days leaving us without a place to stay. The property manager said he booked another place when we got there that was also not available. We spent several hours late in the evening until we were finally able to get a temporary booking. Communication was extremely poor overall it was hard initially to get a hold of the property owner although we had paid in advance our accommodations was not available first two days. "

"The pre-check in experience and connection to the Property manager was thorough and efficient and let you know what to expect upon arrival. Property Manager was great in laying out the property features and surrounding area. The location was walking distance from supermarkets, banks, eating locations etc. For those it pertains to, the US Embassy is also within walking distance. Community is gated so the added security benefit is there."

"If you are thinking about staying here, don’t think about it too much JUST BOOK! It has absolutely everything you possibly need. Nearby to good restaurants, clubs, supermarkets, gas stations etc. Debbie and Kevin are such a great host... she has a lot of patience to explain everything you need to know, she answers quickly whenever you email the property and also she will help you find places to visit if you don’t have an idea of what you want to do while you are in Kingston. "It was a bit hard to find but very comfortable. I would reccomend staying here. I booked for someone who just needed a night stay, so there was no interaction with staff. Just make sure you follow check in and out times, or you wont see staff. Although we checked in after hours we were able to get in."
