Broken toilet paper holder. Nowhere to hang a towel—I mean nowhere: no bar, no hook, anywhere in the bathroom or room. Ended up draping it over the TV, which was otherwise useless. "Top floor was closed for maintenance which we didn’t know til we got there, it was the reason we booked that hotel so we were disappointed with that. The staff was great and helpful, room was mostly clean except bathroom could have been done better with getting other peoples hair up."
