"Overall, this was a decent stay. The hotel itself was clean, and check-in was smooth, which made arrival easy. The staff was pleasant and helpful, especially when we realized the TV in our original guest room was broken. They moved us to another room down the hall pretty quickly, and I appreciated how easily they handled it. Breakfast left a lot to be desired, and the elevator moved at a very slow pace, so that was a little frustrating. Even with those issues, the staff helped keep the experience fairly positive."

"My stay was unfortunately disappointing due to several maintenance and service issues. Upon arrival, the shower was not properly cleaned, as there was visible hair left behind. The sink also did not drain properly and would fill with water during use. The placement of amenities was inconvenient—the body wash was mounted near the sink rather than in the shower alongside the shampoo and conditioner, making it impossible to use, especially since the sink is located outside of the bathroom area. Additionally, the bathroom lacks a ventilation fan, which made condensation a consistent issue. The room itself was missing basic conveniences such as a refrigerator and microwave, despite there being adequate space to accommodate them. Housekeeping service was inconsistent throughout the stay. After the first night, we requested fresh sheets and towels; however, the bed was not made when my friend returned later that day. I had to call that evening to have the bed changed and towels delivered, and initially received pushback as housekeeping had already left—despite our request being made that morning. On the third day, we again requested fresh towels, but housekeeping did not service the room at all. We ultimately had to contact the front desk at 10 p.m. to have towels brought up. Overall, I’m surprised by the high rating of this property. The only positives were the affordable price and its proximity to the airport."

"Didn't do breakfast early flight. Front desk staff excellent. So was van shuttle driver both stays. This time room 157 alot of loud door slamming outside room and cooling auto wasn't working had to punch continous button then finally cooled room right. "

"Room was decent for the price. Staff was very nice, A/C was great but so sketchy. I had little sleep. The neighbors up/down either were fighting for two days or violently partying. I stayed for 3 day's and i only gut sleep my last day. I still was woken uo ONLY a couple times my last day."
