Although we requested an adjustment twice, and two different staff promised to send someone over, no action was taken during the three-hour meeting."

"Lovely old style Australian Hotel/Pub in the middle of Kiama. Bedrooms were clean, shared bathrooms on second floor in case to need closer access. Staff were very friendly and helpful on check in at the bar. Topped it off with a lovely fish and chips :)"

"Terrible experience First of all this motel is joaned with a resturant and that resturant's guests were very noisy till morning and nobody was there to warn them or do something, also walls and windows were not sound proof and till morning we could hear all noises from other rooms and surrounding streets. Secondly this building is very old and needs a real renovation. You cannot just make money, you need to spend some of that money for renovating the building to bring tourists from Australia...

"The place was too busy as it was near a pub. There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom on our second day."

"The room was very comfortable and warm (it’s winter!!). The fact that we were able to order from the restaurant and take it back to our room was beyond convenient! Food from the bistro/restaurant - we’ve eaten there many times in the past and have never been disappointed. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for somewhere comfortable, low key, good food and lovely staff 😁"

"We stayed in the family room with a family of 5 - it was an odd design: bathroom basin was outside the bathroom, the single bed was too close to the bathroom door blocking the entrance, bath drain plug leaks so taking a bath meant having to top up the water all the time, TV was located nicely on the wall but no where to sit down in front of it to watch it as it was missing a couch. The floor was also a bit dusty. Walking around barefeet you realise you are collecting all the dust on your feet. ...
